Steadify is a personal daily planner for habits, tasks and wellness. If anything is broken, confusing or missing, email us and a person will reply, usually within two working days.
Common questions
Is it free?
Yes. Every feature is free. There are no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Your data syncs to your account so it survives reinstalling the app and follows you to a new device. Sign up with any email address and a password of at least 6 characters.
My reminders are not appearing.
Open the iOS Settings app, then Steadify, then Notifications, and make sure "Allow Notifications" is on. Reminders are scheduled on your device, so they work offline.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. In the app, open the More tab and choose "Export backup" to save everything as a JSON file.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the More tab and choose "Delete account". This immediately and permanently removes your login and every piece of data listed in section 2 below. It cannot be undone and we keep no backup copy. If you can no longer sign in, email info@saaa-global.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Privacy Policy
Steadify is operated by SAAA Global PTE LTD (Singapore). This policy explains what Steadify stores, why, and what control you have. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
2.1 What we collect
Everything below is tied to your account and is visible only to you.
- Account details — your email address, and your display name if you provide one. Created when you sign up or sign in with Google or Apple.
- Tasks and notes — titles, notes, dates, times, priorities, categories, tags, recurrence, and any sketches you draw.
- Habits — habit names, targets, groups, and the dates you check them off.
- Daily reflections — journal entries, breakthroughs, gratitude notes, and pages read. This is free text and can be personal.
- Wellness — mood check-ins and water intake.
- Money — income and expense entries you type in (amount, category, note, date and currency) and an optional monthly budget. There is no bank connection and no payment card data.
- Quick capture inbox — short text notes you jot down.
- Settings — theme and similar preferences.
- Plan status — a record of what access your account has. All features are free, so this is unused for new accounts.
We do NOT collect your location, contacts, photos, Apple Health data, or advertising identifiers.
2.2 How we use it
Solely to make the app work: to show you your own data, sync it between your devices, and calculate the streaks, charts and summaries you see in the app. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
2.3 Who processes your data
- Our backend (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) — stores your account and all app data. Access is enforced per user at the database level, so one account cannot read another's rows.
- AI provider (via the Lovable AI gateway) — when you tap "AI review" on the Weekly Review screen, we send aggregated statistics for that week (counts, completion rates, streak lengths, habit names, totals) to generate the summary. Your journal text, gratitude entries and note contents are not sent. Nothing sent is used to train models or to profile you for advertising.
- Payment processor — not used. All features are free, so no payment data is collected or shared. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
- Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them, and only to verify your identity.
2.4 Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can edit or delete any individual item in the app at any time, and you can delete the whole account from the More tab, "Delete account". Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and leaves no backup copy.
2.5 Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on managed infrastructure with per-user access rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment card details and we do not log your journal contents.
2.6 Children
Steadify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
2.7 Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase your data. The app already lets you do all of these directly: view and edit everything in app, export a JSON backup from the More tab, and delete your account permanently. For anything else, email info@saaa-global.com.
Terms of Service
- Steadify is provided "as is", without warranty. It is a personal productivity tool, not professional advice.
- IT IS NOT MEDICAL, MENTAL-HEALTH OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Mood check-ins, hydration targets, habit streaks and money totals are self-reported aids only. Consult a qualified professional for health or financial decisions.
- You are responsible for the content you enter.
- You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and display it back to you. Nothing you write is shared with anyone else.
- All features are currently free. If paid plans are introduced later, the terms and pricing will be shown to you before you are asked to pay, and nothing will start charging automatically.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to breach its security.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
